“Education is innovation”
At TYF, we believe that education is the key to survival in this new age filled with competition, technology, and ever changing innovation. In a developing country such as Thailand, the education system stubbornly utilizes outdated methods of teaching and local rather than international based curriculums; focusing on stiff grammar and spelling rather than conversational skills. This creates a generation of Thai workers that can write English, but are paralysed in communication. Therefore, our mission is not to overthrow, but to work with Thai teachers to evolve the educational system of Thailand into a competitive program capable of challenging the West. This change, we believe, will create a generation of Thai leaders and innovators with improved career pathways and educational opportunities.
